His Excellency AbdulAziz Abdulla Al Ghurair is Chairman of Mashreq Group and a Board Member of the Abdullah Al Ghurair Group of Companies. He also serves as Chairman of the UAE Banks Federation and has held senior leadership roles including Chairman of Dubai Chambers and Chairman of Sukoon Insurance. Previously, His Excellency was elected as Speaker of the UAE Federal National Council (UAE Parliament). H.E. Mohamed Omran Alshamsi is the chairman of The National Bank of Ras Al-Khaimah and the chairman of Alpha Data. He has 35 years of experience with Etisalat, retiring as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman in 2012. He previously held the positions of the chairman of the Board of Trustees for the American University in Ras Al Khaimah and the chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ras Al Khaimah Medical & Health Science University.

His Excellency Ahmed Abdulkarim Julfar possesses extensive and diverse experience spanning 39 years in the banking sector and several other vital industries. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of Commercial Bank of Dubai in 2018 and currently serves as Chairman of the Board. Prior to this, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah from 2016 to 2018. He is an active member of the Board of Directors of Commercial Bank of Dubai and has contributed to the development of the bank strategy and business, and performance during this period. From 2016 to 2024, he was appointed by His Highness the Ruler of Dubai as Director General of the Community Development Authority, where he contributed to the development of community work and the social sector in Dubai. He joined Etisalat in 1986 in the engineering department, progressing through various roles and responsibilities until his appointment as Group CEO in 2011. Homaid is the Deputy Group CEO and Chief Corporate & Human Capital Officer at Mubadala, overseeing various divisions including Human Capital, Corporate Services, Digital and Technology Services, Government Affairs, and Community Affairs. Yahya Lootah is the vice chairman of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce. He is also the vice chairman of the Board of Trustees of Saeed Ahmad Lootah Charity Foundation, and Dubai Medical University, the pioneering medical institution of the region. Eng. Dr. Sulaiman Mousa Al Jassim’s contributions, especially in the development of the UAE's education sector, are well regarded. He served as the former Vice President of Zayed University and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Al Fujairah National Insurance Company and Abu Dhabi University. He is also the Chairman of Al Jassim Trading Group and Al Jassim Marble and Tile Factory, Vice Chairman of Sultan Alowais Culture Foundation and AlKhaleej Investment Education Services.

Maha Al Qattan is a Chief People & Sustainability leader with over 17 years of experience driving large-scale organisational transformation across multinational, multi-sector enterprises. She is currently Acting Group Chief People and Culture Officer at ADNOC and Serves as a board member of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) and SEE Holding, contributing to governance, risk management, and strategic oversight. Previously, she served as Group Chief People & Sustainability Officer at DP World, leading the people, culture, ESG, and sustainability agenda across 70+ countries and a workforce of over 100,000 employees. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership roles at GE, including HR Business Partner for Power Services across the MENA region, where she played a key role in large scale transformation and the integration of major industrial acquisition - Alstom. Maha is recognized for shaping future ready operating models, leadership pipelines, and pioneering sustainability initiatives, including innovative sustainable finance instruments, and brings extensive board experience across banking, capital markets, media, and port operations.

With over 20 years of experience in banking, Mr. Hadi has demonstrated expertise across a broad spectrum of financial services. His strategic influence spans Emirates NBD’s operations in Retail Banking, Business Banking, Private Banking, Consumer Finance, and Asset Management. He has played a key role in driving product innovation and enhancing customer experience across major global markets, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UK, and Singapore. Since joining Emirates NBD as Head of Retail Banking for the UAE, Mr. Hadi has been instrumental in the retail sector's success. His strategic foresight and hands-on leadership have helped navigate financial complexities, positioning Retail Banking and Wealth Management for sustained growth. His leadership and change-driving capabilities have left a lasting impact on the banking sector, reinforcing Emirates NBD’s position at the forefront of global finance. Mr. Hadi currently serves on the boards of Emirates NBD Global Services, Emirates NBD Asset Management, Emirates NBD Securities, and Emirates NBD Capital. He is also a member of the UAE Banking Federation Board and on the Advisory Board of Emaar Malls Management. Before joining Emirates NBD, Mr. Hadi spent 15 years at HSBC, holding senior roles in retail and commercial banking. His positions included Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management for the UAE, Managing Director of HSBC Middle East Finance Company, and Head of Business Management for Commercial Banking.

Abdulaziz Almoosa joined ADCB in 2012 as Head of Recruitment and Manpower Planning. In 2024, Abdulaziz was appointed as the Group Head of Human Resources. Abdulaziz has 21 years of experience in Human Resources within the banking industry. At ADCB, he leads the Company-wide strategy for talent management, Emiratisation and employee engagement. Furthermore, Abdulaziz is responsible for driving the Bank’s high-performance culture and enabling business growth through its talent.
